Your Journey Awaits

This exciting tour hosted by Dani Henderson is to explore the ancient churches, cemeteries, buildings, and sacred sites of some of the oldest architecture and history in England. This will be a fascinating four-day adventure from Eastbourne to the ancient town of Glastonbury.

Please ensure you can walk and are reasonably fit and able, as we will be exploring grounds and walking around unpaved sites.

FLIGHTS AND ACCOMMODATIONS

Please book flights and hotels that can be refunded if needed. We accept no responsibility for handling travel and accommodations. You will be provided with hotel options once you register for the tour.

Please note there are two major airports who fly into England:

(LGW) Gatwick Airport is closer. (LHR) Heathrow Airport is further away.

We suggest the nearest airport, London Gatwick (LGW) in Sussex. You can take a train to Eastbourne or taxi. Travel time is around 55 minutes.

If you fly into London Heathrow Airport (LHR), travel time is around 1 hour and 36 minutes, depending on traffic. Trains and taxis are available to Eastbourne from there.

Day 1

A luxury coach picks the group up at the designated meeting point. We will visit several churches with their beautiful architecture, stained glass windows and secrets. We include a stop at an ancient pub built in 1180 that is known to be one of the oldest ancient buildings in Britain and a church with an ancient tree and Celtic cross used in rituals.

Day 2

A beautiful drive into the Sussex countryside to villages from a time long past, whose churches still stand and are in use today many hundreds of years after they were built. Some host incredible artworks of the grandest marble, fresco’s and baptismal fonts. We will visit one of the smallest churches in the world built in 1180. Time permitting we include a visit to Sherlock Holmes last home on this earth.

Day 3

You are invited to spend the day exploring Eastbourne or take a train to the famous seaside town of Brighton. You may choose a trip to London on the train to visit the British Museum, which hosts the ancient Sumerian flood stones, ancient Greek and Egyptian artifacts, and much more. We will provide travel details and you are welcome to travel with other members of the tour on this day

Day 4 - Andrea Foulkes Joins Us!

An early start to drive a few hours to Glastonbury town in Somerset to climb the famous Tor of Avalon. The Tor climb takes around 30 minutes and bathes in the legend of Avalon. The Abbey ruins are in the town center where three Saxon kings and King Arthur are said to have been buried. The histories, mysteries and myths of Glastonbury Abbey define it as a place of extraordinary spiritual significance. Those of you who wish to stay overnight are welcome. You can take a train back to Eastbourne if you choose.

Andrea will be joining us on the 4th day of the tour. She has a genuine warmth and enthusiasm for people and life as a modern-day Spiritual Teacher.

Andrea is a Past Life Regression therapist and inner child coach, healing ancestral lineages. She empowers people back to themselves and to reach their true hu-man potential.

Andrea spent her childhood in Cheshire and currently lives in Avalon, Glastonbury, and Cornwall. She has spent much of her time traveling to sacred sites around the world and meeting amazing souls.
