Yes! Once you purchase your tickets for the GSIC conference, you will receive a detailed confirmation email with specific hotel details and links.

We are unable to grant refunds on tickets purchased, regardless of the reason or need for your cancellation. No exceptions will be made. Once you have purchased your ticket, you DO have the opportunity to "transfer" your ticket to a different name (a different ticket holder). With this in mind, please do not purchase your ticket until you are certain you will be able to attend. And we suggest you are aware of your country's travel requirements before you purchase your ticket.

Yes! We offer 15% off on each ticket when 3 (or more) are purchased together. This discount will be automatically applied at checkout.

During the event, we will not be permitting ANY private or one-on-one sessions with any of the speakers. However, you WILL have a chance to get your questions answered during multiple panel discussions that will be open for audience Questions & Answers. Please keep in mind that we will ask all audience members to keep their questions as universal as possible, so the answers will be relevant and insightful to the whole group.

We are unable to extend one-day tickets for this event; tickets are for the full event only.

We recommend only bringing children and young adults with a valid ticket who are interested in this content and conversation. Generally, we find people 14 years and older are best suited for this event.

If you are traveling from the US to attend GSIC2026-UK, please note the New Entry requirements for US citizens traveling or transiting through United Kingdom airports – Effective January 8, 2025: If the GSIC2026-UK event is unable to be held for unforeseen circumstances (IE: Acts of God, etc), your funds will quickly be returned in the amount purchased.
