During the event, we will not be permitting ANY private or one-on-one sessions with any of the speakers. However, you WILL have a chance to get your questions answered during multiple panel discussions that will be open for audience Questions & Answers. Please keep in mind that we will ask all audience members to keep their questions as universal as possible, so the answers will be relevant and insightful to the whole group.

We recommend only bringing children and young adults with a valid ticket who are interested in this content and conversation. Generally, we find people 12 years and older are best suited for this event.

The Westin Westminster is likely sold out, so upon ticket purchase, you will be provided additional nearby hotel options to book at a special discounted rate from $149 - $209 per night(plus taxes and fees). Yes! We offer 15% off on each ticket when 3 (or more) general admission tickets are purchased together. This is a saving of almost $100 per ticket!

We are unable to grant refunds on tickets purchased, regardless of the reason or need for your cancellation. No exceptions will be made. Once you have purchased your ticket, you DO have the opportunity to "transfer" your ticket to a different name (a different ticket holder). With this in mind, please do not purchase your ticket until you are certain you will be able to attend. And we suggest you are aware of your country's travel requirements before you purchase your ticket.

We are unable to extend one-day tickets for this event; tickets are for the full 3-day event only.

Sky Watch evening event is included in the General Admission Ticket. Food/meals: The general admission ticket includes a continental breakfast for Friday, Saturday and Sunday, as well as coffee/beverage and snack breaks during the day. The general admission tickets do not include lunches or dinners (nor Saturday's Dinner + Disco), nor the hotel stay, ground transportation, or air travel. The Denver International Airport (DEN) is 25 miles from the event location. You can choose to rent a car or arrange a shuttle service from the airport to the Westin Westminster hotel. If the GSIC2024 event is unable to be held for unforeseen circumstances (IE: Acts of God, etc), your funds will quickly be returned in the amount purchased.
