General Admission Ticket Includes:
Attendance for the full GSIC2026 to include all speaker sessions & special sky watch night.
Book signing opportunities with most speakers.
Galactic 2026 Journal
Refreshment throughout the conference

Where do attendees stay during the event - do you have hotel information?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Once you purchase your tickets for the GSIC conference, you will receive a detailed confirmation email with specific hotel details and links.

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

We are unable to grant refunds on tickets purchased, regardless of the reason or need for your cancellation. No exceptions will be made.

Once you have purchased your ticket, you DO have the opportunity to "transfer" your ticket to a different name (a different ticket holder).

With this in mind, please do not purchase your ticket until you are certain you will be able to attend. And we suggest you are aware of your country's travel requirements before you purchase your ticket.

Our volunteer team is essential to the heartbeat of the conference. From the first moment guests arrive to the final closing moments, our volunteers help hold the flow, integrity, and energy of the entire experience. Simply put - GSIC conferences would not be possible without you!

This is an opportunity to be part of something meaningful. To serve behind the scenes. To contribute your presence, skills, and reliability to a gathering that brings together truth-seekers, experiencers, and our global galactic family.

GSIC is currently seeking dedicated, grounded, and service-oriented individuals to join us for our 2026 conference in Eastbourne, UK.

Will you offer VENDORS/EXHIBITS at GSIC2026 conference in England?

Are there any discounts available?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We offer 15% off on each ticket when 3 (or more) are purchased together. This discount will be automatically applied at checkout.

Question 8

Can I schedule a one-on-one session with any speakers?

Accepted Answer

During the event, we will not be permitting ANY private or one-on-one sessions with any of the speakers. However, you WILL have a chance to get your questions answered during multiple panel discussions that will be open for audience Questions & Answers. Please keep in mind that we will ask all audience members to keep their questions as universal as possible, so the answers will be relevant and insightful to the whole group.

Is it possible to purchase a one day ticket?

Currently, we are unable to extend one-day tickets for this event; tickets are for the full event only. However our goal IS to offer one and two day tickets prior to the event. We will keep our audience posted!

Question 10

Can children or young adults attend this event?

Accepted Answer

We recommend only bringing children and young adults with a valid ticket who are interested in this content and conversation. Generally, we find people 14 years and older are best suited for this event.

Will food or meals be available with the event, or will I have to purchase it on my own?

If you are traveling from the US to attend GSIC2026-UK, please note the New Entry requirements for US citizens traveling or transiting through United Kingdom airports – Effective January 8, 2025:

If the GSIC2026-UK event is unable to be held for unforeseen circumstances (IE: Acts of God, etc), your funds will quickly be returned in the amount purchased.
